Who coaching is NOT for

Coaching may not be the right solution to every situation. Coaches will not provide counselling. While coaches may offer some context or help you brainstorm, they will avoid providing advice. Instead, Coaches will encourage you to come up with your own solutions: after all – you are the expert in your life! Coaching is NOT for you if you:

are not ready to take charge of your current situation and future options
are not ready to make a change in your thoughts or actions
want someone to give you advice and make decisions for you
