Kirra Services proudly supports the organisation Sharing Places.
Sharing Places provides opportunities for people with a disability, their families, and their carers to actively participate in their local communities through social participation, leisure activity, education, and employment.
Sharing Places also provides 24/7 residential support and is a non-profit organisation that is run by parents of children with a disability.
Kirra Services had the privilege to donate $5000 to this great cause and will remain a strong advocate for the incredible and selfless programs and support Sharing Places provides.
Kirra Services is a proud Indigenous business, and the vision of Sharing Places resonates very deeply with our core values “A society where everyone has dignity and is valued”.
Johnny, a nephew of Sam Faraj, a director of Kirra Services, benefits from the programs run by Shared Services.
Sam remarked, “This organisation makes a difference to my family by providing activities and structure to Johnny as he transitions out of school into adult life.”
Sharing Places partners with other ACT disability, community service agencies, ACT Government, Human Rights Commission, school community liaison, multicultural organisations, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and provides programs in community disability awareness for the wider community.
The simple act of a donation to these causes promotes dignity, equality, and respect in our local community.

Kirra Services is proud to support Sharing Places. Thank you in advance for your support of this organisation. Thank you to those of you who have already donated.
