Kirra Services offers professional interns a variety of opportunities to gain valuable experience and start their careers.
Kirra Services is looking for interns with strong communication skills, who are eager to learn and take initiative. Interns will get the chance to work on projects that align with their interests, as well as develop skills in areas such as:
Interns will also have the opportunity to network with other professionals in the industry, as well as attend events hosted by Kirra Services.
Interns who complete their term with us will receive a certificate of completion and an official title listing them as an alum of our program.
The KIPP internship program is over 8 weeks (120 hours).

You’ll get real-world experience working with us from day one, and we’ll give you the tools necessary to grow your career.
We’ll help guide you through all aspects of the internship program, including:
1) A mentor program where you will be paired with a mentor who can help guide your growth.
2) A training curriculum that includes best practices for working with clients, company culture and values, how to build relationships with coworkers, and more!
3) An event planning committee that puts together events throughout the year (happy hours, potlucks, etc.). This committee is made up of interns only!
KIPP (Kirra Internship Professionals Program)
Kipp is an internship program that will help you gain experience in your field while making a positive impact on society.
We’ll pair up with local businesses that are looking for talented interns who can help them with their projects. We’ll match you with a project that fits your skillset—and then give you the tools you need to succeed on it.
You’ll work directly with mentors who can answer all of your questions along the way.
Our KIPP internship program can help you get there. We believe that every intern should have access to a space where they can grow professionally and personally. That’s why we offer:
PAYG Contractor – Let Kirra do all the work. For a small fee, this option provides you simplicity and reliability with Kirra managing all the administration, insurances, and payroll tasks.
What is included:
Contracting through you own Company.
If you prefer running via your own company, Kirra is happy to complement this arrangement.
What you need to do: Ensure the company complies with the relevant regulation and legislation including being registered for GST and have the relevant insurances in place.
Kirra will accept and process your invoices and pass through all monies owed on a monthly billing cycle.
Management Payroll Company
Management companies are ideal for flexibility payment options and plans, allowing you to leverage a range of products including novating lease, salary packaging, supporting complex family and payment arrangements and much more.
The fee structure varies between providers and your location of work.
Kirra works with and can recommend reputable Payroll providers if this option suites your needs. Please submit your CV below.
