Key duties and responsibilities include, but are
not limited to the following:
-The ability to investigate and work
within a team and other areas to
resolve incidents relating to the ISP
portal.
-Monitoring, triaging, and co-ordinating
a team inbox, including distribution
and tracking of action items.
-Ad-hoc tasks as requested by
supervisor, including ministerials.
