Are you an ERP Change Management specialist provider located in Perth to deliver a 2-3 year transformation program focused on delivering SAP products like S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.

This partnership will require complete continuity of resources who have experience in providing organisational change management services for SAP implementations and have formally experience in assessing and delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications etc. for ERP transformations.

Team Size: the talent pool is expected to start with 1-2 experienced Change Management professionals 

experienced in working with organisational change management for ERP SAP programs located on the ground in Perth, available to work onsite..

SAP S/4HANA and other SAP Cloud Product Experience (preferred SAP SuccessFactors):

• Each team member should have at least 2-years’ experience delivering projects on SAP where they were change management consultants focusing specifically on change impact assessments, stakeholder management and enterprise communications

Need at least 2 customer references where SAP ERP change management was delivered to organisations in Perth

Availability: The team with the experience listed above should be available to start on 4 July 2022 (initial work for a 8 week period that will transition to a full time basis based future sole source work e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Time and Award Implementation, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding + People Analytics and ERP Modernisation
