TSPV clearance required. Must be an Australian Citizen. 

Essential Criteria:

• Business Analyst experience (BUAN 5): 
  Taking responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specifying effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. Preparing business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks.
• REQM 4 experience: 
  Facilitating scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives of medium size and complexity. Contributing to selection of the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative, ensuring traceability back to source. 
• TEST 3 experience: 
  Reviewing requirements and specifications, and defining test conditions. Designing test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting outcomes. Analysing and reporting test activities and results.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence and Insight.
• Experience in the Intelligence community.
