Essential criteria:

1. 5+ years experience as an Agile Business Analyst.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to managing stakeholder engagement and delivery teams.
3. A strong understanding of, and experience working with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
4. Experience with human-centred design and thorough understanding of Digital Transformation Agency principles.
5. Experience with process modelling, journey mapping, drafting and refining user stories and managing requirements within a product backlog.

Desirable criteria:

1. Experience in using Microsoft DevOps.
2. Experience leading Scrum ceremonies.
3. Experience as a Product Owner.
4. Experience in designing and developing requirements within a Microsoft Azure solution stack.
