Essential Criteria

1. Demonstrated experience building, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure, architecture and supporting services.
2. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, incident response, client support, cost and resource optimisation and monitoring and reporting on Azure infrastructure.

Desirable criteria

1. Demonstrated experience using Azure Devops pipelines and repos, Bicep, Terraform, Infrastructure-as-code.
2. Build, maintain, and document Infrastructure as Code pipelines, including implementation of appropriate source control methodologies, for Microsoft Azure PaaS service offerings.
3. Create and maintain documentation for technical solutions, preferably relating to data science cloud services. This includes detailed designs, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Maintain an up to date working knowledge of data science service offerings, preferably on the Microsoft Azure platform.
4. Provide expert advice to the department of the best practice usage and implementation of data science services based on current and expected future use cases for data science and emergent AI toolsets. Produce training material and conduct training sessions to assist with the upskilling of Cloud team members within the department.
