- Delivery of a Regional Stewardship Stakeholder Management Solution with the following functionalities:
- Stakeholder Management Functionality
- Emergency Event Management
- Delivery of a Regional Stewardship Stakeholder Project Management Expertise to support and manage the delivery of the Stakeholder Management Solution.
- Change Management Expertise to support and manage the implementation of the Stakeholder Management Solution.
· Apply project management and administrative skills to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
· Understand technical barriers within Salesforce/GPMS system and develop solutions to guide business requirements.
· Develop and deliver high-quality reports, briefs, advisory group papers, training materials, correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
· Work with key stakeholders, understand data requirements, data reporting requirements and data visualisation tools to implement a complex network of data flows into and out of a Salesforce based product.
· Implement effective program and risk management to improve project success and ensure compliance with legal, employment and governance requirements.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
· Work with the Product Owner and Senior User to support change management work and develop required resources, where required.
· Work with the Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Senior User and Digital Transformation Team to stay on schedule, meet deadlines, and deliver the project.
