Essential criteria


1. Job description:


Demonstrated experience in line with SFIA PROG5 = Programming/Software Development 5

a. Takes technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development.

b. Plans and drives software construction activities. Adopts and adapts appropriate software development methods, tools and techniques.

c. Measures and monitors applications of project/team standards for software construction, including software security.

d. Contributes to the development of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for software development.


2.  Responsibilities:


1. Full Stack Development: Utilize your expertise in Java to design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications.

2. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Leverage your understanding of AEM to create and manage digital assets, develop components, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

3. Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

4. Innovation: Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices


3. Requirements:


Technical Skills:

a. Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

b. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.

c. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) and back-end frameworks (Spring, etc.).


Full Stack Proficiency:

a. Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development principles.

b. Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.


Collaborative Mindset:

a. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

b. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

c. Experience working in a SCRUM Agile environment Education and Experience: a. bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
