Experience with Esri software suite, particularly ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, ArcGIS Online (AGOL) or ArcGIS Enterprise.
Experience managing geospatial platform or systems would be preferred.
Experience or knowledge of geospatial data management best practice and advice.
Experience or ability to manage and respond to user support requests, related to, software licensing, software access, and general geospatial advice in a timely manner.
Experience with ITIL or client support practices would be advantageous.
Ability to upskill staff in use and management of AGOL/ArcGIS Enterprise and desktop software.
Ability to communicate effectively with geospatial users or varying ability, IT providers and the public.
