Must have Negative Vetting Level 1

The Commonwealth requires the services of a Level 3 Training Manager to be the training lead for the Interim Battle Management System (iBMS) supporting the iBMS Project Manager.

Essential criteria

1. Experience working within the Defence Training Environment or previous training development.
2. Good working knowledge and understanding of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) Process.
3. Certificate 4 in workplace and Assessment qualification or demonstrated prior experience in training development.
