ICT Desk-Side Support Officer – Level 1 – (Multiple)

Must have a Baseline clearance or above.


Essential criteria

  1. Good communication skills (interpersonal and written).
  2. Ability to provide effective and efficient Level 1 ICT support to clients.
  3. Ability to work and be proactive in a team.
  4. Attention to detail and work ethic.
  5. A minimum of 6 months previous experience in a similar role


Desirable criteria

  1. Experience with Agile project delivery.
  2. Ability to learn Microsoft Office 365.
  3. ITIL experience/Certificate (preferrable).
