Must have a Baseline clearance or above.
- Good communication skills (interpersonal and written).
- Ability to provide effective and efficient Level 1 ICT support to clients.
- Ability to work and be proactive in a team.
- Attention to detail and work ethic.
- A minimum of 6 months previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with Agile project delivery.
- Ability to learn Microsoft Office 365.
- ITIL experience/Certificate (preferrable).
