|Qualifications and Experience|
§ Graduate qualification in Logistics and / or Engineering.
§ Diploma of Project Management, Quality Management or related field.
§ Certified SAFe® Practitioner (can be completed upon engagement).
§ Accreditation in:
o Risk Management; or
o Performance Management.
|Responsibilities||§ Collaborate with Product Engineering Design Teams to ensure product reliability, availability, and maintainability are prioritised in design and support systems.|
§ Contribute to Material System Reviews (MSRs), focusing on support system development and sparing analysis.
§ Analyse, troubleshoot and enhance system reliability through Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) approaches.
§ Liaise with project managers to evaluate and improve existing support systems, utilising Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
§ Implement strategies to increase system availability, ensuring optimal operation and reduced downtime.
§ Identify resources and manage their execution for projects focusing on Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Task Analysis (TA).
§ Propose innovative solutions to improve system reliability and reduce operational costs.
§ Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure consistent system maintainability.
§ Perform risk assessments focusing on potential impacts on system reliability, availability, and maintainability.
§ Maintain and prepare ILS plans, technical data lists, maintenance support plans, and maintenance procedures, ensuring their relevance and compliance with quality standards.
o Demonstrated work experience as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer.
o Experience with the execution and maintenance of ILS plans and technical data lists.
o Proficiency in conducting Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) simulations.
o Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems relating to system reliability, availability, and maintainability.
o Demonstrated understanding of Engineering Management Systems within an ILS context.
o Proficient in Task Analysis (TA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Support System Development within a DevSecOps environment.
