Essential criteria

1. Demonstrated project management experience (5 years minimum, 10 years’ desirable) in ICT projects and ability to work in an Agile delivery environment.                                                                                 
2. Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering 3+ years ICT projects that involved broad stakeholder engagement with fixed budgets.                                                                                                           
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both delivery team and business.                                                                                                           
4. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, organise workloads and meet challenging deadlines under limited direction.                                                                                                                                                 

Desirable criteria

1. Experience in influencing, coaching, and developing teams
2. Experience in scrum master role
