Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis to attend associated workshops and meetings.

Baseline Security Clearance is a must.


Skills description


An IT Systems Analyst (Planning)  engages with business areas, projects and programs of work that impact DDS. Analysts assist in feature preparation and capacity planning.

Responsibilities include:
– Point of contact for all external projects / programs for work coming into DDS
– Engage with all projects / program of works for feature preparation
– Planning and prioritising of upcoming work for delivery in future PIs
– Grooming DDS features and ensure they are ready for delivery
– Capacity planning and forecasting
– Develop costings for programs & delivery areas
– Support delivery when there are issues with features
– work collaboratively with stakeholders to analyse functional and non-functional requirements, transforming them into work items for scrum teams to deliver iteratively.
– providing advice issues and risks that affect the development of applications, tools, and processes.
– working with developers and testers in the team to deliver application and system integration.
