Essential criteria

1. Ability to develop technical documentation, interpret business requirements and translate these into technical specifications
2. Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills
3. Well-developed technical skills in: • Java 1.8 • JEE • Spring Framework (spring MVC, IoC, AOP, Security) • Web Services (SOAP and REST) and • Hibernate
4. Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development cycle and proven experience in business process engineering

Desirable criteria

1. Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, Jira and Jenkins
2. Experience with Salesforce and Mulesoft
