Requirements
- Applicants should be motivated, self-starters who are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within the broader team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Project management techniques to ensure project delivery on time and within budget;
Conduct procurement and management of goods and services associated with each project;
Provide advice and subject matter expertise in ICT project management and stakeholder engagement;
Develop and manage positive and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes;
Collaborate with others and negotiate to ensure successful outcomes
Develop project documentation within identified timeframes;
Document and monitor project risks and issues and escalating as appropriate;
Prepare progress reports;
Facilitate progress meetings and workshops;
Manage multiple projects concurrently;
Applicants have the following experience/skills:
Previous experience working as a project manager
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining productive working relationships, including working collaboratively with others.
