Essential criteria
1.
Practitioner experience working with system build vendor technical specialists including, software developers, project managers, system testers, solutions architects, business and systems analysts, and in producing and reviewing content
2.
Demonstrated Vendor communication and liaison skills at both the company executive and technical specialist levels
3.
A proven ability to reach out to, and maintain relationships with, Commonwealth, State and Territory Government stakeholders and their subject matter experts, facilitating consensus positions on complex system implementation issues.
4.
Demonstrated business and systems analysis, and ICT architecture and infrastructure experience
5.
Proven ability to author technical, business and project documentation, progress and exception reports, and procurement specifications
6.
Excellent language, writing, and verbal communication skills. Extensive skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio to produce documents, presentations, diagrams, and infographics.
