Responsibilities: Delivery and implementation of change management strategies that support successful delivery of major projects and initiatives.

 

Role

Support the delivery of change management:

  • Undertake change analysis activities, assess people change impacts and identify and prepare change risk mitigations.
  • Prepare a range of materials including (but not limited to) change, training, and communication plans in collaboration with sponsors, users, and project teams.
  • Conduct workshops as required
  • Create compelling and informative content, ensures timely delivery of key messages.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Support and provide change coaching to sponsors and senior executives.

Required Qualifications/ Experience

Required 

  • 2 to 5+ years of relevant change management experience.

Desirable

  • PROSCI, APMG or equivalent change management certification

Required knowledge/Experiences and Tools

Required

  • Experience in undertaking change analysis activities, including assessing people change impacts.
  • Experience in preparing change strategies and plans, and communication plans.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and exercise sound judgement.
  • Resilience and personal accountability.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for ICT related project

  • CIPM – Organisational Change Management

 

Desirable skills:

  • RLMT – Stakeholder relationship management
  • BENM – Benefits management
