Project Manager

TSPV clearance required. Must be an Australian Citizen. 

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated project management competencies.
  • Procurement experience.
  • Advises on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism and can make appropriate choices from alternatives. Analyses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets. Assesses and evaluates risk. Communicates effectively, both formally and informally. 
  • Project Management experience (PRMG 5): 
    Takes full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines). Identifies, assesses and manages
    risks to the success of the project. Ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders, consistent with the methods in use (Agile, Waterfall, etc).
  • RLMT5 experience: 
    Identifies the communications needs of each stakeholder group in conjunction with business owners and subject matter experts. Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. Negotiates with stakeholders at senior levels, ensuring that organisational policy and strategies are adhered to.
