Project Support Officer – Mobile Office Solution Services

The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Support the team via reporting on project risks, issues, budget, and schedule
status.
• Assist with contract and procurement management activities.
• Implement effective change control.
• Support staff to meet stringent outcomes and organisational timeframes.
• Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps for project management.
• Experience in analysing data and other quantitative and qualitative information.
• Ability to think critically and demonstrate excellent initiative and judgement to
deliver outcomes
• A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and a strong commitment to working
harmoniously within a team to achieve positive results and support the
strategic direction.
• Additional tasks as directed
