Department has a requirement for specialist SAP ABAP & Fiori/UI5 developer skills for support and assistance in delivering a range of DPS deliverables.  The position is required to provide SAP based development services to focus on a number of enhancements in relation to the Department’s SAP modules.

Essential criteria

1. Minimum 3 years experience in design, prototyping, development, testing & implementation for SAP ABAP programs within new and existing components.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in design, prototyping, development & configuration, testing and implementation for SAP Fiori/UI5 functionality within new and existing components
3. Experience in the preparation of functional specification documents and configuration guides whist adhering to SAP development standards
4. Ability to provide expert guidance on SAP best practices in technical aspects of software support, maintenance and development
5. Experience in the development and review of user requirements and knowledge transfer to other team members
6. Experience in managing software configuration lifecycle via testing and transport processes
