Essential criteria
* Minimum 5+ years demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.
* Strong knowledge of full requirement analysis for business process.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Demonstrated experience in training and knowledge transfer.
* Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience running stakeholder workshops.
* Demonstrated experience documenting system requirements.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Desirable criteria
* Experience working in large government organisations.
* Business analysis and/or service design experience in corporate ERP systems
