The company is looking for a Senior ICT Project/Program Manager to work with internal and external stakeholders and partners, including senior executives, to plan and manage programs and projects with focus on successful delivery to meet scope, schedule and budget requirements. Prepare reports, artefacts and documentation for Project Boards, Senior Executives, or other Government bodies, with a focus on “”no surprises” program and project management. Commit to being part of the Project Management Competency to execute the organization’s ICT Strategy. Ensure compliance with the relevant governance arrangements associated with ICT Projects in the department and commit to peer review and to be peer reviewed.
Essential criteria
1. Strong track record of delivery in complex digital transformations.
2. Demonstrate experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments.
3. Excellent planning and measurement experience.
4. Exceptionally skilled at forming cohesive and collaborative teams.
Desirable criteria
1. Tertiary qualifications, training or work experience in Senior ICT Project/Program Management
2. Biosecurity experience
