Essential criteria

1. A minimum of two years of experience in Service Architecture / Service Design.
2. Demonstrated knowledge and application of a broad range of skills including software, systems and enterprise architecture, software and hardware engineering, interface protocol.
3. Experience in Business Analysis or Solution Analysis with a demonstrable record of success and achievement.
4. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
5. Minimum training requirement of ITIL v3 / v4 foundation.

Desirable criteria

1. Experience with one or more IT Service Management tools / backend IT systems
2. Service Design Intermediate/Managing Professional ITIL v3/v4
