Essential criteria

• Minimum 5+ years’ demonstrated strategic procurement experience, delivering highly complex/strategic ICT capabilities to organisations of a size similar to the Department of Home Affairs

• Significant experience in the benchmarking and market analyse of telecommunications/networking, end-user computing and mainframe capabilities

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, in particular the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of contractor technical staff, executives and subject matter experts.
