TSPV clearance required. Must be an Australian Citizen. 

Essential Criteria:

• Good knowledge and qualifications in System Engineering principles and processes.
• Knowledge of information and cloud systems security principles, practices and technologies.
• Design Experience (DESN 5): 
  Adopting and adapting appropriate systems design methods, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches, and ensuring they are applied effectively. Designing large or complex systems.
• REQM 4 experience: 
  Contributing to selection of the requirements approach for projects, selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. Facilitating input from stakeholders,
  providing constructive challenge and enabling effective prioritisation of requirements.
• TEST 4 experience: 
  Accepting responsibility for creation of test cases using own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications (such as reliability, efficiency, usability, maintainability and portability). Creating traceability records, from test cases back to requirements.
