Essential criteria
- Demonstrated experience creating online software documentation paired with outstanding skills in crafting plain user-centric English combined with:
- Ability to write to provide explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and fluently.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office and the Atlassian suite of products (Confluence and Jira).
- Evidence of delivery of work and outputs in line with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) lifecycle.
- Highly creative communication and critical-thinking skills with a strong instinct for challenging conventions.
Desirable criteria
- Significant experience in technical writing within a large, complex environment and an engineering background.
- Good knowledge across broad array of technology and domains.
