Working arrangements
If based in the ACT, the successful candidate will be required to attend the Canberra office 3 days per week. If based outside ACT, the successful candidate may be required to attend state office or regional hubs and may be required to travel to the Canberra office one week per month or as required. Individual arrangements can be negotiated with Managers where required.
Essential criteria
1. Demonstrated relevant skills and experience in (but not limited to)
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation that adheres to relevant standards and is suitable for its intended audience.
• Develop user-friendly user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
• Produce tutorials to assist end-users in utilising various applications effectively.
• Contribute to the information architecture design and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and best practices.
2. Familiarity with Federal Government ICT (as applicable).
3. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including non-technical senior managers.
5. Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business, technology, external suppliers and other subject-matter experts.
