Must have Negative Vetting Level 1.

Mandatory Criteria:

1. Experience in writing test strategies and test plans from requirements and/or technical documentation.
2. Demonstrated experience and understanding of the ICT industry.

Essential Criteria: 

1. Demonstrated experience and understanding of the ICT industry:
   Incident Management & Breach Reponses (IMBR);
   Security Information & Event Management (SIEM); and
   Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR).
2. Demonstrated ability in establishing and building relationships with business managers and ICT service providers.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with others to resolve issues.
4. Demonstrated experience in Federal Government.
