The Training Analyst will be required to perform and/or have responsibility for duties including, but not limited to:
Implement the Training Concept and Training Strategy
Lead the analysis, design, development and implementation of the Sustainment Training package.
Oversee the delivery of the MINERVA Administrator Course.
Provide advice and guidance to the Delivery and Project Manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential – Learning and Development experience in the environment.
Essential – Extensive experience with Systems Approach to Learning (SADL).
Extensive experience in:
o Organisational Development
o Job Training
o Needs and Performance Analysis
o Instructional Design
o Program and Training Evaluation
o Training Development
o Delivery and Facilitation
Relevant tertiary qualifications i.e. Bachelor / Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Leadership Development and Project Management.
Knowledge/experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Knowledge/experience in ICT training development/facilitation.
