TSPV clearance required. Must be an Australian Citizen. 

Essential Criteria:

• Good understanding of the Systems Approach to learning.
• TMCR 4 experience:
  Specifying the content and structure of learning and development materials. Taking responsibility for design, creation, packaging and maintenance and managing development to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Business skills: 
  Communicating fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitating collaboration between stakeholders who share common objectives.

Desirable Criteria: 

• Experience in training development within the Intelligence Community.
