Kirra Services was proud to partner with JFrog for the Canberra stop of the EveryOps Tour ‘26. A two-hour executive breakfast that brought together senior technology leaders from government, cyber and regulated industries to talk seriously about securing the software supply chain.
The morning’s theme, “Securing the Software Surge with Trusted AI and Governance,” set the frame from the outset. Secure software delivery isn’t a future conversation. It’s operational capability that organisations need right now.
How the Morning Ran
After a networking breakfast, JFrog SVP APAC Sunny Rao opened proceedings, introducing both JFrog and Kirra Services to the room. Ronen Lewit, JFrog’s Global Field CTO, then took the floor for the main session, walking through what a single layer of trust and single source of truth looks like in practice, and what it means to secure AI-generated code and agent-driven systems at scale.
The centrepiece of the morning was a customer fireside chat, with Sunny moderating a candid conversation about what building a trusted software supply chain actually looks like from the inside: the decisions, the trade-offs, and where organisations are still finding it hard.
What the Room Was Talking About
Three themes kept coming back: the rise of AI agents and AI-generated code reshaping what “trusted software” even means; the governance question of how you manage open source risk and supply chain threats without becoming a blocker to your own teams; and what secure operational velocity looks like when you’re operating in a complex, regulated environment.
These aren’t abstract problems for the Canberra technology community. The room had people living them. That made for a genuinely useful exchange, peer-to-peer rather than vendor-to-audience.
Kirra Services and JFrog
As a Supply Nation Certified ICT provider working across government and regulated sectors, Kirra Services sits at the intersection of the challenges this event was built around. Partnering with JFrog to bring these conversations to Canberra reflects where our clients are operating and what they need to get right.
