Skills/Experience 

• Managed ICT Change and Release processes across Defence environments (DPE and DSE).
• Coordinate DCAB meetings and governed ICT changes.
• Assessed change risk, readiness, approvals, and implementation plans.
• Coordinated release schedules and stakeholder communications.
• Monitored change performance, compliance, and service impacts.
• Improved change governance and service transition practices.
• Minimised operational risk and service disruption through effective change planning and release coordination.
• Defence/secure environment experience preferred. Please note – this is to conduct technical changes on the ICT system – not organisational change.
