About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Manager Specialist with SAP Basis consulting expertise to spearhead our strategic SAP initiatives. This role necessitates an in-depth understanding of Solution Manager, profound hands-on experience, and a demonstrated history of successful SAP project execution.

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Management Guidance: Guide clients on their SAP Solution Manager strategy, offering expert advice on system configuration, customization, and integration.

• Solution Architecture and Design: Design and implement complex SAP Solution Manager landscapes, ensuring scalability and alignment with future business needs.
• Project Leadership: Orchestrate large-scale SAP Solution Manager projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Technology Innovation and Thought Leadership: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in SAP Solution Manager technology. Promote continuous enhancement within the SAP Basis environment.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks linked with SAP Solution Manager implementations, updates, and migrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with SAP Solution Manager technology providers and partners, guaranteeing optimal utilization of resources and access to top-tier solutions.
• Mentorship and Skill Advancement: Mentor junior consultants, impart knowledge, and nurture their professional growth.
• Client Engagement: Act as the main contact for key clients, comprehending their business requirements and translating them into SAP Solution Manager solutions.
• Quality Control: Guarantee the delivery of high-standard SAP Solution Manager solutions by establishing stringent quality control measures and standards

Skills/Experience 

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of pertinent professional experience may be considered.

• Substantial experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with a specific emphasis on SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP Solution Manager administration, encompassing monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures.

• Expert knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, with a strong focus on SAP Solution Manager, and associated technologies.

• Proven proficiency in SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems.

• Superb problem-solving abilities and the capacity to approach challenges both tactically and strategically.

• Distinctive communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

• Verified capability to handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Track record of effectively leading and delivering complex SAP Solution Manager projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and generating business value.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
